Vacuum Coating Technician
JOB SUMMARY:

- Operation of Roll to Roll and Batch Coating Equipment
- Support of Product and Process Development
- Troubleshooting of Equipment
- Maintenance, Installation and Startup of Prototype Equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with high vacuum thin film deposition coatings, e-beam, sputtering, and ion assisted techniques. 
• Innovative Thinking for new applications and processes · Demonstrated Mechanical and Operation Skills
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to influence decisions that affect assigned projects.
